Kerang goreng berkicap

Ini hidangan kegemaran anak cucu Mak…😊

Rebus kerang dan buang kulitnya.

Blend cabai+bawang. Seeloknya jangan masuk banyak air dan
blend jangan sampai lumat.

Goreng kerang sampai garing (tutup waktu goreng sebab letupan akan berlaku😃)
Lepas garing, masukkan cabai+bawang yang diblend tadi. Goreng sampai garing.
Kemudian masukkan kicap dan air asam jawa.
Garingkan semula (tambah air supaya basah…)
